Free Window: Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled session will receive a full refund of the deposit. Paid Window: Cancellations made between 48 hours and 24 hours before the session will incur a 50% charge of the session price. Late Paid Window: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session will be charged 100% of the session price.
