Refund Policy for MUMU

Effective Date: 1 November 2024

1. Overview

MUMU has a 7-day return policy for items purchased online or in-store. You have 7 days from the delivery or purchase date to initiate a return if eligible.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, items must meet the following criteria:

• Condition: Unused, with tags, in original condition and packaging.

• Proof of Purchase: Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

• Sale items

• Promotional products

• Complimentary gifts

• Last-Piece/Showroom/Clearance Items: These items are sold as-is and may have minor imperfections or signs of handling, making them ineligible for return.

• Custom Items: Items specifically made or modified for a customer are not eligible for return or refund.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

• Complete the return request form available on our Site or visit our physical store.

• If your return request is approved, we will provide further instructions for the return process. Items sent back without prior authorization may be refused.

5. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund.

6. Return Shipping Costs

You are responsible for any return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.

7. Warranty Information

For items covered under our Warranty Policy, please note:

• MUMU provides a limited warranty against manufacturing defects, applicable for the following periods:

  • Tableware & Accessories: 7 days from the delivery date.

  • Furniture: 3 months from the delivery date.

• The warranty covers defects in materials and craftsmanship but excludes normal wear and tear and items that fall under the non-returnable category.
